A full-body workout that builds strength, increases mobility & challenges you at your own pace.
With only 5 beds in our studio, every session is a 1-1 personal training experience. We use props for both progressions & regressions, ensuring the class adapts to you - whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned Reformer Pilates client.
Expect hands-on guidance, alignment cues & expert corrections to ensure you get the most out of every session.

BEGIN is the perfect introduction for those who have never stepped on a Reformer bed before.
We’ll guide you through the basics, focusing on core foundational exercises, proper technique & how to use the machine with confidence.
Expect a slow, supportive & structured session that builds strength, stability & mobility at a beginner-friendly pace.
No experience needed - just bring yourself & get ready to Sculpt.
Plus, BEGIN is not only perfect for newcomers but also suitable for those who’ve been practising Reformer Pilates for years. As a studio offering 1-1 attention, our instructors are always ready to provide progressions that match your level.

If you have booked a class and know you are unable to attend, you can cancel up to 12 hours before its start time. If you miss the 12-hour cancellation window you will be marked as a no show.
The only way to cancel is through your #HYB app. Messaging, emailing, or contacting teachers privately is not an accepted form of cancellation. -
