  • THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT ALL OUR CLASSES ARE BEGINNER-FRIENDLY, SO YOU CAN START WITH ANY OF THEM. YOU CAN GO AT WHATEVER PACE YOU LIKE AND TAKE AS MANY BREAKS AS YOU NEED.

IF YOU’RE FEELING APPREHENSIVE ABOUT THE HEAT, WE WOULD RECOMMEND OUR SLOWFLOW CLASS. THE SLOWFLOW FORMAT FOCUSES ON THE FOUNDATION, STRUCTURE, AND ALIGNMENT OF EACH POSTURE.

STEP 3

  • We recommend light, breathable clothing - leggings, shorts or a sports bra all work well. Choosing breathable fabrics is key for staying comfortable throughout class.

Pack your bag with a yoga mat, a long towel and plenty of water. No mat? No worries - wE’VE GOT YOU COVERED WITH COMPLIMENTARY STUDIO MATS. WE JUST ASK THAT YOU WIPE THEM DOWN AFTER USE.

STEP 5

  • When you arrive, head in through the main door and follow the signage down the stairs to our main reception area. You will see a shoe rack - take off your shoes and leave them there.

Once inside, you will find space to store your belongings. Then head straight into our hot room, where you can lay down your mat and reserve your spot. Your instructor will be there to welcome you and have a quick chat about your first time in the hot room.

After class, feel free to use our changing rooms and shower facilities.

STEP 6

  • Take it easy on your first time - you don’t have to do it all. Enjoy yourself, slow down & connect with your body and breath. The rest will come. We can’t wait to meet you on the mat.
