Rosie loves to share her passion of hot yoga ; striving to help students move in a way that feels good. Her teaching philosophy and classes are centred on creating a space where students can show up as their authentic selves - a place to move in a way that feels good and cultivate a deeper connection with their mind, body and soul. She strives to offer a space that encourages slowing down, self-awareness and self-empowerment. Rosie believes yoga is for everyone and everyBODY and is passionate about making it accessible to all.

Rosie’s classes will focus primarily on vinyasa, one breath one movement, with elements of ashtanga and traditional 26&2 throughout. Rosie loves to use music to match the energy she is creating in the room, you can expect upbeat tunes and fun as she encourages you to challenge and both surprise yourself with your capabilities.
