Where is it happening?
At Hot Yoga Belfast on the Lisburn Road. This special event will take place in our reception area, not the hot room itself.
Where do the puppies come from?
All puppies come from trusted partners who prioritise their welfare. They will be closely monitored throughout the event, given regular breaks and will never be forced to interact.
Are the puppies vaccinated?
Yes! The puppies are between 8–10 weeks old and have received their initial vaccinations. Please note they will not be fully immunised until after their second round of vaccinations.
For this reason, the event is exclusive to the puppies supplied by our trusted partner and we kindly ask that you do not bring your own dog into the studio.
How is hygiene managed?
The space used will be thoroughly cleaned and fully sanitised after each session to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for everyone.
Do I need to sign anything?
Yes – once you book, you will get an email with a disclaimer form that must be signed before the session starts.
What should I expect?
A playful yoga class filled with cuteness, cuddles & fun. Just remember puppies might nibble, scratch or have the odd little accident indoors.
will this event be heated? will the class take place in the hot room with puppies?
Absolutely not. This is a non-heated event. Our hot room will not be used - the session will take place only in our reception area. The puppies will not be subjected to heat at any point.
Is there an age limit?
Yes – this event is 16+ only.
What if I have allergies?
If you’re allergic to pet hair or dander, this might not be the event for you.
Can I bring food or drinks?
No snacks or drinks in the puppy play zone. It’s all about keeping our furry friends safe and happy.
Will there be photos?
Yes! We will be snapping plenty of puppy magic for our socials! If you would rather not be in the photos, no problem - our disclaimer form gives you the option to opt out.
What’s the cancellation policy?
This is a non-refundable event. In the rare case we need to cancel (including for puppy welfare reasons), you will be offered a transfer or credit towards another session.
How do I book?
Spaces are limited, grab your spot early via the #HYB app.
Can I bring my own dog with me?
No, you must not bring your own dog. This event is exclusively for the puppies provided by our trusted partners.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
No need — mats will be supplied by us and thoroughly cleaned after each session.
Can I buy one of the puppies?
The puppies are here just for cuddles during the event. Hot Yoga Belfast isn’t responsible for sales or rehoming but if you’re interested, please chat to our trusted partner or speak to our team at the event for more info.
