š¤ At the end of class try to stay in savasana for at least a few minutes. This is where you reap the benefits of all your hard work and can take the time to relax and just be still.

šŖš»You have strengthened and stretched every muscle, you have released tension and sweat profusely. You have massaged your internal organs, and youāve created a tourniquet effect around each organ flooding them with freshly oxygenated blood and helping your body to heal.
